SAPOTI guides the appropriate tariff schedule classification of the good to be shipped, in the harmonized system (HS), from the Common Nomenclature of Mercosur, according to its description and technical characteristic for the appropriate calculation of import duty and nationalization costs.

Shipping control

SAPOTI is responsible for the international purchase order management with supplier, verifying the need for authorization of governmental authorities, approval of relevant documents, as well as cross checking with international standards on wooden packaging, confirmation of collection and the shipment of the cargo.

Clearance

Tracking of cargo arrival, verification and compliance analysis of electronic cargo manifest (Mercante, Siscarga and Mantra), registration of the import declaration, nationalization and domestic invoice issuance.

Expertise and ability to analyze and guide the client considering the legal rules applicable to import and export, in order to avoid penalties and delays in the release of goods.

Customs benefit regime

Analysis of the applicability, management and execution of special customs regimes, such as: temporary admission, drawback, concession ex-tariff (0% import duty), import of used machinery, bounded warehouse customs, among others.

Currency Exchange

Management, maturity control and exchange closing (payment in advance, at sight and deferred and long-term transaction record, as well as letter of credit, among others).

Delivery of Goods

Document preparation for the inland haulage of goods and the coordination of its pickup between the inland carrier and the warehouse on the date agreed with the client.

Process Closure

Cost summary and cross checking of all expenses that have been billed to the client.

Digital filling of documents and data through an external document management and webtracking platform, or by means of personalized reports.
